The situation
An auto repair shop had petroleum under its in-ground lifts, two old used-oil tanks, and gasoline contamination left from fuel dispensers that hadn't been used in years.
The challenge
Before any work, GeoTech gave the owner the strategy and the actual cost to cure, then secured the state's approval for a limited assessment, removed the lifts and tanks, and cleaned up the contaminated soil.
The outcome
The site closed out with a completion order. GeoTech then found the buyer, negotiated and closed the deal, and later placed a tenant for the new owner.
