Established in 1993, GeoTech was created to help businesses in Florida's most environmentally sensitive industries, auto repair, dry cleaning, electroplating, gas stations, manufacturing, and used-oil processing, navigate violations, contamination, and compliance. Today our clients range from property owners and investors to law firms, developers, lenders, municipalities, and state and federal agencies.

What sets us apart is depth on both the real estate and the environmental side of a high-risk property, delivered through two affiliated firms under common ownership: commercial real estate brokerage through GeoTech Realty, Inc., and environmental engineering through GeoTech Environmental, Inc.
